TERMS and Conditions of the E-Tools system . The E-Tools service is a package of web-based e-business applications. The specific provisions of these Terms of Service and any Additional Terms related to each individual E-Tools product or service included in E-Tools apply to Your use of E-Tools. It is Your responsibility to ensure You have a copy of any data or files uploaded to E-Tools and any other of Your materials prior to submitting them to E-Tools.
E-Tools will use reasonable efforts to maintain any data and files You have stored on E-Tools servers for a period of thirty (30) days following the effective date of termination of Your subscription, but is not required to do so. E-Tools cannot control or warrant the behavior of the users or the management of the E-Tools service You have chosen to use. Your use of E-Tools You choose to use is at Your own risk and Omnistar disclaims any liability with regard to use of the E-Tools service and any actions resulting from Your or any other party's participation in the E-Tools services.
